Far from being evil or anti-Christian, crystals and precious stones are honored throughout Scripture as symbols of God's glory, beauty, and divine craftsmanship.
Many Christians wonder if crystals and stones are compatible with their faith. The Bible itself provides a beautiful answer: God created minerals and gems as part of His creation, and Scripture speaks of them with reverence and wonder.
While we should never worship creation instead of the Creator, appreciating the beauty and structure of crystals is simply acknowledging God's handiwork in the natural world He designed.
In Exodus 28:15-21, God Himself commanded Moses to create a sacred breastplate for Aaron, the High Priest. This breastplate was to contain twelve precious stones, each representing one of the twelve tribes of Israel:
